Our gorgeous and amazing Grace!

We’ve decided to open applications for this little one so we can give some time to finding the right home for her.

She is between 1 & 2 years old and as you can see, a beautiful girl. She came from the over population case we have been dealing with and Jeri and Jo have been working hard to help get her used to people. We want her to feel safe with people again.

Her adopter will need to be willing to give her lots of time to feel safe. Although she has lived with other cats, if we think a laid back kitty that was quite chilled would be best if there were other cats in the home.

In time this may change, but this is the situation right now. She likes catnip toys though

An update from Jeri today – “She has also been playing with a little toy mouse which she seems to adore . She has been making little meow noises while playing. So sweet. Had a little stroke earlier . Not for long but a big improvement.”

Grace is a (lovely) work in progress. She is not an aggressive kitty, but she is still a scared kitty and she can swipe and be unpredictable – it is just the fear talking. She wants the love but shes just so unsure at the moment & who can blame her after her experiences.

We think a home without children & dogs will be best. An experienced cat savvy adopter with lots of patience will understand how important time and space in to turn kitties like Grace around.

She will need access to a safe outdoor space, away from busy roads.

She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and will be and flea worm treated when they are adopted.

If you would like to adopt this little one please send us a PM on Facebook, email us or call us and we will send you an application form.
